ABC's longest running medical drama will premiere its 21st season later this month. After the season 20 finale aired in May, the inner turmoil between the staff at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital is just ramping up.

The doctors of Grey Sloan Memorial continue to experience personal and medical drama in Season 21 of Grey's Anatomy. The long-running series will return on Sept. 26 on ABC at 10 p.m. EDT. Catherine Fox (Debbie Allen),

Jesse Williams makes a return to the hit medical drama "Grey's Anatomy," and he's joined by another familiar face. Ellen Pompeo, who plays Dr. Meredith Grey will also guest star for seven episodes during the 21st season.

Grey's Anatomy fans need season 21, stat - especially after that spring cliffhanger where multiple doctors were fired. "I'm really excited for fans to see how we get out of the end of last season," Grey's showrunner Meg Marinis told Entertainment Weekly in September 2024.

Grey’s Anatomy is back with new patients and drama among the characters in season 21 of the medical show. With the trailer released by the ABC Network on Thursday, September 19, the fans got a sneak peek into what could be expected of the episodes that are set to be released by the end of the month.
